Cumbria holiday resort Center Parcs has been handed five-star status by VisitBritain.
Assessors visited the company’s four UK sites, including Whinfell Forest, near Penrith.
They reported “excellent” levels of service across all areas and “exceptional” standards of cleanliness.
Graham White, Center Parcs operations director, said: “We are proud to have been again awarded five stars by Visit Britain under their quality in tourism scheme and the Resort Spa Accreditation.
"These are superb achievements, and it is down to the dedication and enthusiasm of all colleagues at Center Parcs that we have received these ratings.
“Excellent service and a wide range of high-quality facilities are a fundamental part of the Center Parcs experience and this is what has made us so successful for the past 20 years.”
